1. Automotive Services & Detailing
Service estimates for Platinum Car Spa, Wheel Alignment, Car Repair, and Battery Replacements are provided based on vehicle inspection. Final billing reflects actual parts and labor authorized by the vehicle owner.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
We appreciate early notification if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Online bookings reserve your time slot, but service commencement is confirmed upon vehicle drop-off at our facility.
3. Warranty & Manufacturer Terms
Tyre and battery warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer standards (Apollo, Vredestein, Amaron, Exide). Automall assists customers with official warranty processing and claim submissions.
